---- Foals: ----
Personality: Warm-Hearted | Selfless | Honest | Confident | Delegator|Warm-hearted|Alexandrite is nothing if not caring and affectionate. Do not let this lead you to believe that she is soft, however. The mare will give many chances, but once she's done- she's done.
|Selfless|As a leader, Lex is always sure everyone has what they need before she fulfills her own needs. It is not only being an important role in clan life that has made her this way, but the belief that selfishness has never gotten anyone anywhere truly happy.
|Honest|Not only in a thou-shalt-not-lie sort of way, but also in giving her best efforts. While she strives to be truthful, even if the truth hurts, it often takes her a few moments to find the least painful way to go about it.
|Confident|Lexi has confidence that is nearly contageous. If she is not certain on something, she will spend hours thinking on it. The mare enjoys to be confident in her decisions, as she believes it to be an essential part of ruling.
|Delegtor|She realizes she cannot accomplish everything on her own, and has spent time learning the strengths and interests of those around her to seek council with. Whenever she is unsure how to handle a task, she will often call in the one/s she believes would be able to aid her most.
Alexandrite was born to two auras, both of which have since turned. Her mother turned first, after saving the young Alexandrite from death. Her father spoke highly of his mate, but never allowed Alexandrite to meet her. Not long after, however, her sire would meet his demise as an Infected as well. Alex was still fairly young, too young to fend for herself. Since then, however, the Infection has almost fascinated her. She'd never come to hate the disease, merely empathize with those who'd been born that way, or become Infected. Unlike many others, her fear for the savage clan was very low.
For the most part, the splash filly was brought up by Iren; A particularly gifted aura stallion, and grew up with his daughter; A beautiful silver filly by the name of Sariel. The two were raised as sisters, often frolicking around Zone-X collecting gems.
As Alexandrite came of age, the current Solstice leader had aged beyond what he'd believed to be his usefulness. The clan became near-chaos with worry for his approaching expiration date. All except the youthful Alexandrite. While she cared deeply for the fate of her superior, she knew partaking in the panic would do nothing for anyone- especially not the stallion's waning health. It was because of this serene, collected nature, she was his chosen successor. Alexandrite assumed command, and while many doubted that a mare her age could lead, she would soon prove herself with her hydrokinesis. During a particularly bad drought, she used said power to lead the clans to fresh water. The Solstice, and many other council members soon approved of Alex's leadership. Her elder would soon pass on.
During the Solstice and Keeper's discovery of ESMI, a deadly fire broke out. Again using hydrokinesis, with the help of Keepers and their anti-fire equipment, and the auras providing them energy; Iren would give his last ounce to Alexandrite, effectively making his ultimate sacrifice, but the fire was soon put to rest. The Warhead commander Rarsk would soon arrive amongst them, informing that the warheads needed the Solstice healing. The council of Keepers and Solstice decided against telling the other clans of ESMI. The secret enraged Warhead Leader Cassius, who was soon raising his tone to her. Alexandrite remained collected. Torn between keeping the age-old council's oath alive, or keeping the secret, they were on their way back to the military base that held ESMI to speak with Keeper Leader Gizmo. Soon, all four clans were crammed into the room.
